We export a lot of agricultural goods to the world. These products are like Teff and Teff Flours, Oil Seeds and pulses, Beans, Coffee, Spices, and prepared food ingredient items for Ethiopian food (Baltna)

Teff is naturally gluten free, high in Protein, Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, and Copper, not only a source of B vitamins Teff is the only grain known to contain significant amounts of Vitamin C

Wheat is often refined as it’s turned into flour. This process removes two layers called the bran and the germ
